Mr. Fasulo employed more than his job training to the position, he brought in personality and a natural willingness to help others. He cites building relationships with his customers as one of the keys to success.

Mr. Fasulo earned an Associate of Science in accounting from Bryant and Stratton College. Throughout his career, he had the opportunity to work in many different postal offices, where he would meet and befriend customers. The ability to do so has been one of the highlights of his long and prosperous career. Mr. Fasulo always desired to help others to the best of his ability, which separates him from others. He specialized in connecting people with the answers they sought.

Deborah Wheeler

Throughout her career, Ms. Wheeler has endeavored to help her fellow citizens through legislation and leadership that has positive impacts on their lives. After retiring from the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration in 2002, she wondered how she could continue aiding her community. Eventually, Ms. Wheeler found herself running for public office and has since served several terms in the public office.

Ms. Wheeler was approached to run for public office due to her experience in a union and with helping children in the community. She had retired early from the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration of service to become a caretaker for her husband and older siblings. In addition to working for the Revenue Administration, she was involved with the NH State Employee Association and her union, the Local 1984. Despite the early retirement, Ms. Wheeler remained committed to making a difference in her community. She joined the Retirement Chapter One in 2003 and has been active ever since. In addition, she is the chairperson of the election committee that oversees the chapter elections of her union. She also chairs the committee for the John B. Parker Award, an award that honors a very active union state employee. She has chaired this committee for more than 16 years.

In addition, he investigates fires, structures and wild land terrain.

Recognized for four decades of service, Ms. Randolph’s career in law enforcement started because of her desire to help others. She spent 31 years in law enforcement, and helped open the Chesterfield Security Training Academy, Inc. in 1995. She has been a DCJS instructor for more than 30 years, and focuses on providing general instructing to the public in matters pertaining to cultural diversity, sex crime investigations, juvenile matters, community policing and arrest procedures. At the training school, she is responsible for overseeing operations, developing courses and training students and other trainers. In addition, she has received trained on terrorism through the police department and is certified to instruct on the topic from private security. Additionally, she has eight years of experience in instructing with the Virginia Policing Institute and six years of instructing experience with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.

Dawn M. Miller

Backed by more than 23 years working in the public sector, Ms. Miller brings with her an expertise in all aspects of plan review for single-family homes, fences and driveways. In her role with the city of Fort Myers, she takes the lead on coordinating inspectors, contractors and engineers in reviewing drawings, while also creating road-closure maps for special events. Ms. Miller became involved in her profession after working as a contractor with Lowe’s Home Improvement and Builders Square. She spent 11 years with Lowe’s and another year pulling permits for multiple contractors in the area. This experience made it a natural progression to work for the city and learn more about the systems that keep the city moving.
